Role: Construction Management / Resident Engineer Support

Construction management and project oversight for development of a multi-use bicycle and pedestrian trail along Cactus Avenue between Rialto Avenue and Base Line Road.
Construction of approximately 1.5 miles of multi-use trail facilities including an eight-foot bicycle path and a five-foot pedestrian path.
Installation of trail signage, landscaping, irrigation improvements, and ADA-compliant curb ramp upgrades at trail crossings.
Coordination with regional agencies and the San Bernardino County Flood Control District for improvements constructed within existing public right-of-way and drainage corridor areas.

Construction of a facility including apparatus bay space, firefighter dormitories, kitchen and day room, dispatch workspace, and support areas for a full engine company.
Integration of modular construction methods enabling rapid assembly and reduced construction timeline through off-site fabrication and on-site installation.
Coordination with developer, design consultants, and fire authority representatives during project delivery.

Role: Assistant Resident Engineer
Project Type: Municipal Roadway Infrastructure
Assistant Resident Engineer support for the City of Yorba Linda’s Annual Pavement Preservation Program involving roadway rehabilitation and maintenance across multiple residential and arterial streets.
Oversight of pavement preservation activities including asphalt overlay, slurry seal, and roadway maintenance improvements.
